  • Is the membership free?
    Yes. Anyone can sign up for our website membership for free.
  • Do I need to call your office after I make payment for the reservation?

    No.
    When you want to use Zipline Chungju, you can input your desired time, date, and number of persons in your party to make a reservation. Then, your reservation data will be registered in our office at site automatically. All you need to do is to show up on time and have fun.

  • I want to terminate my membership!
    All information you provided us when you signed up is used for no other purposes than making and checking reservations or contacting you for events.
    If you want to withdraw from your membership, you may find the Withdraw from Membership button on the bottom of the subpages other than the main screen of the website.
    You can login with your current ID and password, take note of the precautions from the relevant pages, and submit your application for withdrawal. Then, our administrator will check your request and process your application.
  • I paid for may reservation, but I want to change my schedule. It is possible?
    Yes. If you want to change your schedule, please contact the customer center of Zipline.
    We will check the available windows and get back to you.
  • I paid for my reservation, and I want to know you got my reservation for sure.
    All zippies who completed making reservations may check the status of their reservations at the My Reservations menu.
  • I wonder if you get the payment that I made.
    There is the “Check the Payment for the Reservation” button at the bottom of the pages. All zippies who completed making reservations may check the status of their reservations at the My Reservations menu.
